Return and exchange Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your ValhallaFallen.com jewelry purchase, feel free to reach out to us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Simply send an email to support@valhallafallen.com, and our team will assist you through the process. Please keep in mind that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Our post-sale warranty period is 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel (as per logistics information).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unopened or in their original, undamaged condition with the original packaging. Altered or damaged items cannot be accepted for return. If you wish to receive a full refund, please return any accompanying gifts; otherwise, the gift's value will be deducted from your refund.

Before sending any items back directly, please contact us for guidance. You'll be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the resending shipping fee, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. When returning items, please use a local postal courier, not DHL or other couriers that may incur customs duties.

RETURN/REFUND PROCESS

Begin by reaching out to support@valhallafallen.com, and we'll respond promptly.

In your email, include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. We'll first assess whether your product meets the return or exchange criteria.

For returning broken or defective items, please attach clear pictures showcasing the issues and provide a detailed description. If you're unable to send a picture, don't worry; we're here to assist.

If you're eligible for a return, we'll provide you with a return address and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Be sure to prominently display this number on your package's label or exterior. We cannot process your request without a visible RMA number and a tracking number provided via email to support@valhallafallen.com.

Once you receive the return address, please send your items within 7 working days. Items returned after this period won't qualify for an exchange or refund.

Upon receiving your package at our facility, it may take a few days (in rare cases, up to 14 days) for us to process your request. During this time, our warehouse staff will verify and account for all items. Once our warehouse confirms receipt, we'll contact you via email to confirm and finalize the return process. Your refund will be processed according to the return conditions.
